Tips & Tricks for ProMark

Below you will find some useful tips & tricks for your daily use of your ProMark system.

Help menu
In the help menu in ProMark apart from the help file and the version number, you can also find the feature "e-mail to hotline". From here you can send an e-mail directly to Mark Information's hotline, which will automatically contain the necessary system information making it easier for us to solve your problem. It is also possible to attach test data just by selecting which employees to include in the mail.

Overtime profiles
Setting up some specific overtime profiles can save you a lot of supplement profiles: If overtime is paid according to hour-of-day related to the end time of the normal time, the overtime profile can calculate that time relatively. Previously, you would have to create several supplement profiles to get the same result.

Day profiles
If you have different day profiles with the same normal time for each employee category, you can reduce this number considerably by using the same profile with differentiated set-up for each individual category.
