ProReport II utilizes all the data you collect in your ProMark system, whether it is related to employee Time & Attendance registrations or your shop floor data.

Sharing information
Sharing information across locations, boarders or departments is necessary to take immediate action on deviations that require the attention of management.

The possibility to make reports in standard office file formats allow that, and you will be able to improve your internal sharing of information.

In ProReport II you even get the possibility of scheduling the distribution of reports - for instance by running the report at night and having it sent to by e-mail to relevant persons.

User-friendly and intuitive
ProReport II has a very intuitive and straightforward design and interface. We have pre-defined 29 reports that will suit most of your needs.

Example: Making a report about your efficiency on machine number 3, is only 5 mouse-clicks away.

If you wish to add graphics (e.g. pivot tables) to your reports, you only need to export your data in a comma separated file, and utilize the data in Excel.
