Basic Time & Attendance for mobile users
Mobile solution enables Basic Time & Attendance in ProMark for mobile users.
The Basic Time & Attendance feature key is a very efficient clock-in/clock-out feature where the mobile user can register time and date where ever he or she is. The feature key is thereby allowing any registration of attendance and absence as basis for payroll calculations. When entering transactions there is no validation or guidance.
This functionality is sufficient for companies interested in assuring that mobile employees are not violating the EU working time directive as an example.
The employee will be able to register:
- Clock-in, including clock-in early, again, late (and add related reason)
- Clock-out, including clock-out early and late (and add related reason)
- Report absence (past/future)
- Leave a message
- Report lunch break (start/stop)
