The new ProMark version 2.51 which was released on 24 May 2004, offers a long range of new functionality and updates.

- Interface to the production related modules in SAP R/3
- New functionality facilitating daily work for the line manager

Interface to production related modules in SAP R/3
A new standard interface supporting exchange of data to/from SAP R/3 is now introduced. The interface supports the modules PP (Production Planning), PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industry), PM (Plant Maintenance) and PS (Project System).
The interface between SAP and ProMark is built on standard IDocs from SAP. With this interface ProMark is capable of distinguishing from which module in SAP the order comes, and subsequently send feedback on the order back to the right module in SAP on the basis of SAP's order types.
New functionality facilitating daily daily work for the line manager
A new series of tools are introduced, facilitating the line manager's daily work of keeping track of all his/her employees:
- In the planning module ProManagement there is a range of facilities for user-defined set-up enabling the line manager to get exactly the information he wants on his screen - faster than ever before.
- The line manager's preferred tool for overviewing his employees now has yet another functionality allowing employees who are not clocked-in, to be handled in the same flow of work as the normal deviations.
New tools rationalising system administration
A new functionality is introduced which facilitates administration of ProMark for the system administrator:
- New set-up option in overtime profiles giving a much better overview and reducing the number of profiles by 50% or more. With less profiles to control the administrator gets a much better overview over his profiles.
- New formula editor enables the administrator to make intelligent link posting of registrations according to individual rules set up in the formula editor. This function gives the administrator far greater flexibility in tailoring his set-up according to his specific needs.
